The former Blues doctor filed for constructive dismissal, and could use the Belgian ace’s testimony to win her case.

Former Chelsea first-team doctor Eva Carneiro filed for constructive dismissal against the Blues last month, and with the case set to be heard next year, Eden Hazard could be called upon as a witness for the Portuguese beauty.

The Gibraltar-born 42-year-old left Stamford Bridge after her falling out with boss Jose Mourinho, with the Special One blasting her and physcio Jon Fearn as “impulsive and naive” in their first game of the season.

The duo, during the London giants’ 2-2 draw with Swansea City, rushed onto the pitch to treat the Belgian ace upon the request of the referee, leaving the 10-men side with 9 players as a result in the dying minutes of the game.

This sent Mourinho into rage, with the Chelsea boss accused of hurling a sexually-charged insult at Carneiro in Portuguese, though he was cleared of those charges by the FA.

The doctor was eventually demoted, a decision condemned by the football community, which is rumored to be one of several reasons behind the Chelsea players’ reported revolt against Mourinho.

After her departure from Stamford Bridge, no severance package was agreed upon, resulting in the popular doctor to file for constructive dismissal against her for employers.

Hazard is expected to be called to court to testify whether he had requested for medical help during the Blues’ opening game.

According to the report by the Independent, Eden is “reluctant” to involve himself in the case, but could face no option if called upon.

This revelation could add spark to the claims that the former Lille midfielder is headed out the Chelsea door, with the 24-year-old rumored to be keen on a Real Madrid switch, having grown frustrated with Mourinho and his antics.
