The five-time world champions will face the hosts during a three-game U.S. trip in mid-2012.
The Brazilian Football Association (CBF) announced that the South Americans have confirmed five friendly matches against Bosnia, Denmark, the United States, Mexico and Argentina.

The first match for the Selecao in 2012 will be against Bosnia in Saint Gallen, Switzerland, on February 28. Denmark will be Brazil's next opponents, with the fixture scheduled for May 26 in the German city of Hamburg.

Brazil will then travel to the United States, where they will take part in three relatively high-profile friendly matches. They will face the United States on either May 30 or 31 in Boston or Washington. The last time the teams met in 2010 Brazil cruised to a comfortable 2-0 win courtesy of goals from Neymar and Alexandre Pato.

Then they will clash with Mexico on June 3 in Dallas, and six days later they will lock horns with arch-rivals Argentina in the latest edition of the 'Derby of the Americas.' The highly anticipated fixture will be staged at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The friendlies will serve Brazil coach Mano Menezes as preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games, which will be Brazil's main objective of the year.

Menezes had previously declared that claiming the Gold Medal will be Brazil's objective for the year, and only after then will he focus his attention on preparing the senior national team for the 2014 World Cup.
