The Spurs talisman is entering the final year of his contract and has been linked with a move away from North London.

According to a recent report, not only are Tottenham in grave danger of losing talisman forward Harry Kane this summer, but the English superstar could end up joining a domestic rival.

The Spurs sensation is entering the final year of his contract, and given the situation at the club, uncertainty looms over his future. While the North London giants remain in the UEFA Champions League, not many expect Conte's men to lift the title, and after their embarrassing FA Cup exit at the hands of Championship side Sheffield United, another trophy-less campaign appears inevitable.

Kane is yet to get his hands on a trophy in his professional career despite establishing himself as one of the best strikers in world football. The arrival of Antonio Conte quelled his desire to leave due to the Italian's track record of securing silverware, but the Italian tactician has been tipped with an exit this summer once his contract expires.

But where could the 29-year-old striker end up? While interest from Bayern Munich is well-documented, the Sun claim that the Three Lions captain could end up at another Premier League side. To no one's surprise, that team is Manchester United.

The Red Devils are one of a host of top-six clubs that could do with a world-class striker. Currently, Woug Weghorst is Ten Hag's only traditional no.9 and while the Dutchman has done a respectable job so far, an upgrade will be needed on the Burnley loanee come the 2023/24 campaign.

Due to his profile, Kane, who has scored 18 Premier League goals so far this season, could establish a brilliant partnership with the in-form Marcus Rashford. Additionally, this move could aid the player in getting his hands on silverware as well as surpassing Alan Shearer as the English top-flight's all-time leading scorer.

Manchester City, who heavily pursued the Englishman in the summer of 2021, have moved on after landing Erling Haaland. Meanwhile, Chelsea, the other Premier League side that have the need for Kane and the funds for a potential deal, boast a heated rivalry with Spurs which could tarnish the player's Tottenham legacy.

As of now, however, Harry remains focused on the ongoing campaign as the North London giants, who sit in fourth with a three-point advantage over Liverpool and a four-point disadvantage over Manchester United, look to secure a top-four finish. Additionally, the club are preparing for their interesting UEFA Champions League showdown with AC Milan on Wednesday.

Kane and Co. have to overturn a 1-0 deficit if they are to make the quarterfinals, having lost the first leg of this round of 16 tie at San Siro. Conte's men are currently on a two-game losing streak, having suffered defeats against Sheffield United and Wolves, but will have the home advantage.
