The first appearance by Pep Guardiola after the announcement made by the Premier League over Manchester City's alleged wrongdoings was bound to be quite interesting, and the Spaniard did not disappoint when he decided to defend his club and aim a few digs at the club's rivals.

In what turned out to be a fiery press conference, Guardiola showed his disappointment over how this situation has been handled by Premier League clubs and fans, who have already blamed the team he leads for all charges without letting them prove otherwise.

The Spanish boss went even further by stating he is not ready to leave his position as manager if the charges are confirmed, even if Premier League clubs show their intentions to have them relegated beyond the EFL Championship.
