Martin Kelly has declared that Liverpool are all ready and eager to win the Europa League this season.
The Reds will face Sparta Prague this Thursday in the first leg of the last 32 round.

Martin Kelly looks all set to start for Liverpool, having established himself as an integral part of the Liverpool first team. And he is all set to help the team win some silverware this season.

He said: “We’ve done well to progress and we want to go on to win it.

“That’s our aim, but we’ll take one game at a time. Our next one is the Sparta Prague one and that’s what we’re focused on.”

The second leg at Anfield is next week and if they go through, Liverpool will meet either Lech Poznan or Sporting Braga.

But Martin Kelly admits that the quality of opponents is likely to increase as the competition progresses as Liverpool set on a road to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

He said: “Europe provides a different test than the group stages.

“In the knock out stages you’re up against good sides, you’ve got to get a good result over there so the second leg will be easier here at Anfield.
