Broadcasting rights in Spain were awarded to Mediaset's network. Let's have a look at the options to follow the 2018 FIFA World Cup via web or mobile devices.

The Spanish National Team is considered one of the favorites to win the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and football fans in that country will have several alternatives to follow the full 64 games live via TV or streaming services, even if only one media house will be in charge of broadcasting the competition.

Spanish multimedia group Mediaset, owner of three TV channels, will broadcast the competition in that region of the globe for the third World Cup in a row. Their TV channels Deportes Cuatro, Telecinco and BeMad will be their main options to follow this competition, but users in Spain that don't have immediate access to a TV set will have a couple of options to follow the tournament via mobile devices and streaming services.

World Cup streaming via the official broadcasters

Mediaset

Given that Mediaset will be the only TV company to broadcast the tournament, fans will be able to follow all 64 games via their websit. This website will broadcast all 64 games of the FIFA World Cup live and on-demand.

If fans don't want to follow the games live, but still want to watch highlights of the competition, TeleCinco's website, will also offer World Cup coverage, but its main focus will be to provide game highlights, statrs and in-depth pieces of the tournament's trending topics.

World Cup streaming in English

None of Mediaset's channels, websites or mobile apps will be able to provide English-spoken content for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Spain.

World Cup streaming in Spanish

All of Mediaset's TV channels, websites and mobile apps will provide World Cup coverage in Spanish. Each and everyone of the tournament's 64 games will be available on the website www.mitele.es , which will be different from the TV coverage, where Mediaset will allocate games on their three TV channels (Deportes 4, Telecinco and BMad).

Apps with live World Cup games

MediaSet Sports App - This app will give fans access to all 64 games of the FIFA World Cup, both live and on-demand. The app is available to download on mobile devices working with both iOS and Android.
