Manchester City have one more reason to regret releasing Joe Hart to Torino last summer.

Chile and Manchester City star goalkeeper Claudio Bravo seems to have picked up a knee injury after colliding with Colombia’s Santiago Arias in their World Cup qualifier on Thursday. He was replaced by second-choice shot-stopper Johnny Herrera.

The 33-year-old former Barcelona goalkeeper was taken off the pitch after failing to continue with the remainder of the game as the sides registered a goalless draw. Man City boss Pep Guardiola will now be hoping that the Chilean goalkeeper’s situation is not that serious. At the moment, the Spanish tactician only has 35-year-old Willy Caballero has Bravo’s replacement after transferring the club’s first choice goalkeeper Joe Hart to Torino.

After the goalless draw, Colombia have been catapulted to the third position in their group with 18 points after 11 matches. Chile, on the other hand, still occupy the fifth spot with 17 points. Chile play Uruguay while Colombia play Argentina on Tuesday.
