After losing against Man United last weekend, Arsenal will try to earn their pride back against a struggling Swansea side. Have a look at our match guide below.

The Gunners' chances of winning the Premier League were handed a serious blow last weekend, as Arsene Wenger's crew was defeated by a young Manchester United team. In order to get back on their feet, Arsenal will face Swansea City at Emirates Stadium with nothing more than adding three more points to their tally.

The away side hasn't been having one of their finest seasons so far, battling to leave relegation spots almost every week of the season. Garry Monk's dismissal as coach proved to be a low point for the Swans, and even with a new manager, the team has been showing lack of consistency on the pitch, just like their two points out of the last twelve played for show.

Arsenal are currently third, trailing Tottenham by three points after last weekend's loss. On the other hand, Swansea City ranks 16th, three points away from Newcastle in the relegation zone.

Arsenal

Wenger will not have once again Santi Cazorla, Jack Wilshere and Tomas Rosicky available, as it has been usual this season. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will join this trio after picking up a potential season-ending injury two weeks ago. The good news for Le Prof will be given by Danny Welbeck, who is expected to start up front for the Gunners.

Swansea City

Francesco Guidolin will have all players available for their trip to London, including striker Andre Ayew and Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer. The Dutchman is expected to start his first game for the Swans, but it will be up to the coach to decide where he'll do it.

Head to head

Arsenal could seem as the favorite to win this match, but Swansea has managed to earn a number of good results while visiting the Gunners. Their two most recent visits to the Emirates have seen them win one and draw the other, proving this will not be a walk in the park for Wenger's crew.
