League leaders Leicester City will welcome Liverpool to King Power Stadium for matchday 24 of the 2015/2016 Premier League on Tuesday, February 2nd. Here are some live TV listings & online streaming options for Leicester City vs. Liverpool.

The Premier League is widely viewed as one of the most exciting leagues in the world as there are always at least four or five teams that could seriously challenge for the title, making predicting who will be crowned champions of England quite difficult. However, this season has indeed been one of the most interesting ones in recent times as an unlikely side - Leicester City - are sitting on top of the table and the Foxes will be hoping to build on their three-point lead as they welcome Liverpool to the the King Power Stadium later today.

Leicester City

Considering that Leicester were plying their trade in the Championship during the 2013/2014 campaign, followed up by a 14th placed finish in the Premier League last season, the performance of Claudio Ranieri's side this term has been nothing short of remarkable. No one would have predicted that the Foxes would be able to stay ahead of "bigger" sides like the usual crop of Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

Yet, after 23 rounds, they are on top of the pile and enjoy a three-point advantage over Manchester City and Arsenal, a ten-point lead over Manchester United, a comfortable 13-point gap over Liverpool, and a whopping 19 points separate them from Chelsea. Throughout the course of this season, they have never dropped lower than sixth in the table, and since matchday 12, have fluctuated between the no. 1 and no. 2 spot in the table.

With just two defeats so far this season, the Foxes have managed to go toe-to-toe with the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea, against whom they recorded two draws and a win respectively. In fact, their sole losses came at the hands of Arsenal and Liverpool, the latter of whom they will be keen on getting some revenge after being defeated 1-0 back on December 26th.

That was also the last time Leicester ended up on the losing end. Since then, they have picked up three draws and two wins in their last five league fixtures. Key to their impressive showings so far this season has been the brilliant performances of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, who have 16 and 13 goals respectively; additionally, if one adds in Mahrez's eight assists, the England and Morocco internationals have been directly involved in all but ten of Leicester's 47 goals this season.

Liverpool

Despite the change in manager, with Brendan Rogers making way for former Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp, Liverpool have struggled to achieve consistent results this season. The Reds currently sit in seventh place, eight points away from Tottenham, who occupy that last Champions League berth and miss out on the continent's premier competition for another season unless they can start stringing together some positive results.

Since the start of 2016, Liverpool have won only one league game - a thrilling 5-4 win over Norwich City that was certainly entertaining for fans to watch, but the team's defensive lapses which almost saw them drop another two points will certainly have concerned Klopp. In their past four league matches, today's visitors have conceded ten goals and have not been able to keep a clean sheet since edging out Sunderland 1-0 in the final match of 2015.

Unfortunately, injuries have not helped their cause, with key players like Martin Skrtel, Daniel Sturridge, and Philippe Coutinho all still on the sidelines, making the German tactician's task even more difficult. Although they were able to defeat the Foxes 1-0 courtesy of a goal from Christian Benteke, they will certainly face a stern test at the King Power Stadium.

Interestingly, in terms of head-to-head record, the results are pretty evenly split. Leicester and Liverpool have faced each other 83 times dating back to October 10, 1908. Out of those meetings, the Foxes have won 30, whilst the Reds have come out on top on 33 occasions, and the other 20 meetings finished as stalemates.
