TORONTO (December 3, 2015) – The Portland Timbers and Columbus Crew take centre stage as the Major League Soccer season culminates with the 2015 MLS CUP this weekend. TSN delivers exclusive live coverage of the MLS championship game on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 4 p.m. ET on TSN1 and TSN4, live from MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, Ohio.

Columbus and Portland upset their higher-seeded Conference Finals opponents the New York Red Bulls and FC Dallas, respectively, to reach the 2015 MLS CUP. Suiting up for the title game on home turf, the Columbus Crew are led by striker Kei Kamara, whose 22 goals this season tied for the league lead with Toronto FC star and Landon Donovan MLS MVP Award-winner Sebastian Giovinco. Competing in just their second MLS CUP PLAYOFFS campaign in franchise history, the Portland Timbers’ squad features forward Fanendo Adi alongside Diego Valeri, a finalist for this year’s Comeback Player of the Year award.

The winner of the 2015 MLS CUP will also earn a berth into next year’s CONCACAF Champions League, which features the top teams in North America vying for a berth in the FIFA Club World Cup.
