The draw for the UEFA Champions League quarter-final stage has been complete, and just as the round of 16, it has produced some juicy encounters, and some rather mismatched ties.
Defending champions Real Madrid will face city rivals Atletico Madrid in a repeat of last season's final. Carlo Ancelotti's men have the advantage over Los Rojiblancos on the European stage, but Simeone's crew have got the better of Los Blancos this season, beating them home and away in La Liga.
Catalan giants Barcelona will face a familiar foe in the form of Paris Saint-German. The Blaugrana, having got past English Premier League holders Manchester City, will now face the Ligue 1 champions in hope of securing progression to the semis. Important to note is that Laurent Blanc's side dumped Chelsea in the previous round, and every team that has eliminated the Blues in the knockout stage since 2004 has gone on to reach the final.
Finally, Bundesliga heavyweight Bayern Munich were paired again Portuguese giants Porto, whilst the tournament's underdog Monaco will face-off against Juventus in the last eight.
Reaction from Twitter and social media in response to the draw varied. Some were not very pleased, others were excited, whilst some could not help but see the humor in things. Check out the best reactions below.

Porto's chances of beating Bayern = 0

Juventus receive a relatively easy matchup for the quarter-final
I think Juve are having their hand held by UEFA at least until the semis. #UCLdraw
