Everton vs Queens Park Rangers Match Preview
Everton will make a delayed start to their Premier League season when they play host to Queens Park Rangers.
Everton’s opening fixture at Tottenham Hotspur was postponed last week due to the London Riots aftermath. QPR did manage to play their opening fixture, but some fans will wish they hadn’t as the Hoops were beaten 4-0 at home to Bolton Wanderers.
Spanish playmaker Mikel Arteta look set to return from injury, while Jermain Beckford is expected to lead the Everton attack.
QPR will be without midfielder Kieron Dyer, who was stretchered off in the first 10 minutes of the Bolton game, while defender Clint Hill is suspended after being sent off. Rob Hulse and Jamie Mackie are also sidelined with injury for the Hoops.
