The second full week of action for MLS teams is set to begin this Saturday, with enticing matchups and some heated rivalries that deserve to be highlighted.
Only Inter Miami and Real Salt Lake have played two games this season since they played the season opener. On the other side, Vancouver Whitecaps will be making their debut in the competition this week after being handed a bye last weekend.
It will be interesting to see how things unfold with Messi and Co., who claimed four points in their two matches last week, giving glimpses of Messi's massive talent but also showing some chinks on Inter Miami's armor.
Other teams to keep an eye on are, without a doubt, the two teams that played for the MLS Cup last year: Columbus Crew and Los Angeles FC. Both teams kicked off their run in the competition with a win, and they are expected to be top contenders to win the Supporters' Shield and the MLS Cup.

Minnesota United vs Columbus Crew - The defending champions will kick things off for Matchday 2 with a tough game against Minnesota United.
