With only four games left in the tournament's Group Stage, Slovakia and Portugal seem to be in the hunt for the remaining semi-final spot.

The U-21 Euro championship has given fans around the world several talking points, and with two groups yet to be decided, there are three teams fighting to reach the semis.

Spain, England and Germany have booked their spot in the semis, but Slovakia, Czech Republic, Portugal and even Italy are still on the hunt for the final spot.

Here's how the second-place teams are lined up at the moment.

The first way to determine who makes it to the next round is, of course, the highest number of points. In order to make it more interesting, the Czechs and the Portuguese side need to win their clashes on Friday (Portugal) and Saturday (Czech R). Both teams NEED to score at least three goals without conceding, in order to compete with Slovakia's six points and six goals scored.

The second criteria to see a team through will be the best goal difference. As of now, Slovakia's +3 forces both teams to score FOUR goals, if they want to avoid more confusion.

A third criteria will be taken under consideration, which is the most goals scored. If each of these teams ends the group stage with six goals apiece, we'll need a FOURTH criteria to see a team through.

The last stance to determine the last semi-finalist will be each team's discipline. Each side will be "deducted" one point for every booking, while a red card will "cost" them three points. Here's how each team has "behaved" during the competition.

Slovakia: Four yellow cards

Portugal: Seven yellow cards

Czech Republic: Four yellow cards

With all stats in mind, Portugal and the Czech Republic NEED to score at least four goals without conceding, in order to avoid the second, third and fourth criteria to be used.

Seems like Slovakia has the upper hand for that final semi-final ticket. Will Portugal or the Czechs deny them that privilege? We'll know by Saturday!
