The report claims that the Champions League holders contacted several news outlet in Spain with an important request: don’t feature Cristiano in a Real Madrid jersey in your coverage of his lawsuit.
A number of reports back in Spain used pictures of Cristiano in a Portugal jersey – whether by coincidence or under Los Blancos’ influence remains unknown. Now the club must help the Ballon d’Or favorite fight the charges and clear his name.
