The other fixture of the day sees Liverpool take on Villarreal at Estadio El Madrigal. The Reds, who were surprisingly held to a 2-2 home draw at the weekend by Newcastle United in the Premier League, were rather impressive in the quarterfinals against Borussia Dortmund. Their 5-4 triumph over the German giants on aggregate sent out a strong message about their intention of becoming one of Europe’s most dominating sides once again.

Where to watch the Europa League semis live on TV?
Shakhtar Donetsk vs Sevilla will air live on Fox Sports 2 in USA in HD, whereas in the UK, BT Sport 2 and BT Sport Showcase will provide TV coverage for the game. BeIN Sports will carry the match in Canada at 3:05pm EST.
Villarreal vs Liverpool will have both English and Spanish coverage in USA on Fox Sports 1 and ESPN Deportes respectively.
