The O Classico between S.L. Benfica vs. Porto is Portugal's biggest football rivalry. They are two of the most dominant teams in that country, and almost every year they battle it out for the Primeira Liga trophy. So when these two sides met in the Taca de Portugal semi-final, a heated encounter was expected.

And a heated encounter it was.

The second leg game between Benfica and Porto in the Taca de Portugal at the Estádio da Luz witnessed a match where 10 players were booked, two sent off, both managers being dismissed, and a four-goal thriller

First, Benfica's Guilherme Siqueira received his marching orders, 28 minutes into the game. The Eagles, who were trailing 1-0 from the first leg, had to play with a one-man disadvantage until the 88th minute when Porto's Ricardo Quaresma received his second yellow of the night, bowing out of the game. 

Quaresma was apparently so shocked about the red card that he just shooked the referee's hand

Then there was the issue of this wonder goal that secured Benfica's qualifica progress into the final.

And to add on that, after Benfica midfielder Andre Gomes scored the winning goal in the 80th minute, it set the home fans into a burst of happiness as fans started invading the pitch in celebration.
