Young and brilliant, Southampton full back Luke Shaw has been on Manchester United’s, Chelsea’s and many other clubs’ radars for quite some time now and it has become more and more apparent the Saints will not be able to keep a hold of the defender for longer.
The clearest news on his destination yet is the one posted by two prominent fanzines, United We Stand and Red Issue, both of whom declare that Shaw’s transfer to the Red Devils has already been agreed in full… for a whopping fee of £27M.
Manchester United are on the look out for a full back who can fill the boots of club servant Patrice Evra, who is said to be moving on along with captain Nemanja Vidic at the end of the season.
