In the strangest turn of transfer events yet, Arsenal are preparing an incredibly shocking move to bring Ashley Cole to the Emirates at the end of the season.
The England defender, despite having spent the best years of his career at Chelsea, has found himself behind Cesar Azpilicueta in Mourinho's pecking order. That the Spaniard is by default a RIGHT back that was converted to take over Cole's LEFT back position has left the Blues no. 3 agitated and seeking a way out of Stamford Bridge.
While Cole will not openly voice his desire for fear of drawing the ire of the Chelsea faithful, he could not resist joining the players of the club he left in 2006 for a Christmas party late last year.
