The Boca Juniors goalkeeper admitted that the club's good form is due in great part to Juan Riquelme's contribution.
Agustin Orion, the talented goalkeeper of Argentine champions Boca Juniors, believes that playmaker Juan Roman Riquelme is the club's greatest asset today and that it is a great pleasure to be able to count with his services within the squad.

After six rounds of the Argentine Clausura championship, Boca find themselves in second place with 13 points, one point behind league leaders Tigre, with 14. Boca will be hoping to continue with their fine form when they welcome Lanus to the Bombonera stadium in what is expected to be an intriguing clash on Sunday.

"Today Boca is Roman. He is the biggest symbol of the moment, and luckily we have him on our side. He exceeds the [Boca] shirt," Orion declared to ESPN.

Riquelme, who has played for Boca during three different spells, has won numerous titles with the club including five Argentine championships and three Copa Libertadores titles.

Despite Boca's impressive form, Orion explained that the club still have much to improve on.

"The coaching staff have to occupy themselves of the things that they see us doing bad and we have to be auto-critical, that is the main thing, from then onwards one has to improve.

"Roman always wants to improve even if we win, we said this when we didn't lose and we will continue to repeat this. You can always go for more," he concluded.

Boca Juniors are the odds on favourites coming into Sunday's clash with Lanus, not only because of their current form, but because of their historical advantage. In 121 meetings between the sides, Boca have won 69 games compared to only 19 for Lanus.
