The fairy-tale story of the Premier League this season has been Norwich. Will they be able to take down United though?

Team News

Sir Alex Ferguson's team continues to be hampered due to the long injury list which includes Anders Lindegaard, Anderson, Darren Fletcher, Nemanja Vidic, Antonio Valencia and Michael Owen. Ryan Giggs is doubtful due to an ankle problem while Wayne Rooney is a slight doubt due to a throat infection.

Jonathon Howson, Declan Rudd, Marc Tiernay and Daniel Ayala have all been ruled out for Norwich. Zak Whitbread is doubtful for this one. Paul Lambert does not have too many headaches as a result at the moment.

Form

United has been in good form. They lost to Ajax in the Europa League recently but Sir Alex fielded a weak back-line as the tie had pretty much been settled in the first leg. They are undefeated in 25 of their previous 28 Premier League games. Also, United has struck at least twice in 10 of their previous 11 matches in the league.

Norwich has surprised every one this season. A newly promoted side rarely does so well especially so late into a season. They are currently sitting in eighth position, eight points behind the final Champions League qualifying spot, in the table.

These are the three previous results of both teams:

Norwich 1-2 Leicester (FA Cup)
Swansea 2-3 Norwich
Norwich 2-0 Bolton

United 1-2 Ajax (Europa League)
Ajax 0-2 United (Europa League)
United 2-1 Liverpool

Previous Meetings

United 2-0 Norwich
Norwich 2-0 United
United 2-1 Norwich

Winner

United is trailing City by two points. They are waiting to capitalize on any little slips by City. United will perhaps take all three points.

Prediction: Norwich 1-2 United
