Do Arsenal have any genuine chance of defeating Barcelona in the Champions League’s Last 16? Wel, Jack Wilshere has an idea of how the Gunners can triumph over “beautiful football masters” Barca.
“We've got to change our game a bit to play against Barcelona,” Wilshere told the Daily Mail as he is ready to sacrifice Arsenal football nature.

Last season, Arsenal drew 2-2 at the Emirates Stadium against the Catalans in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. But this result followed with a miserable 4-1 trouncing at the Camp Nou. Looking back at this hard experience for Arsenal, Wilshere continued:

“We'll learn from last year. When we have the ball, we need to keep it as well as they can. We need to get in their faces and win the ball back.

“And, if you like, be a bit nasty with them. There's no point one of us going after them. We have to press as a team and get the ball back.”

Jack Wilshere had a brilliant week as he played a pivotal role in England victory over Denmark. He will be aiming to pursue his positive development as a midfielder by governing the midfield against Barcelona, come Wednesday.
