The Brazilian player is allegedly interested in joining the Blaugrana side this summer, as team execs have already laid out his role with the team.

Barcelona's 2017-2018 squad is already being tailored, and the first piece of the puzzle will be none other than Phillippe Coutinho.

According to reports by Catalan newspaper Sport, the Brazilian ace has voiced his desire to join Los Blaugranas next season, snubbing an offer from PSG, which had more numbers added to his would-be paycheck.

Sport claims that Coutinho is willing to force his exit by submitting a transfer request. The same report suggests that Barcelona officers have promised Coutinho a starting spot in the team's lineup, considering his ability to play in different parts of the pitch.

Neymar (right) had stated earlier this season that Coutinho would be a great addition to Barcelona's squad.

Los Blaugranas will not have Luis Enrique around next season, which means that the next boss will have almost no input on who to play with.
