Germany international forward Lukas Podolski is set to hang up his boots at the national team level when Die Mannschaft play England in an international friendly at the Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund on Wednesday.
The former Arsenal man will retire having made 130 appearances for Joachim Low's side. He has scored 48 goals so far and could find the back of the net one last time before pulling down the curtains on his illustrious career with the 2014 World Cup winners.
