Arsenal have reached a deal with an exciting prospect this winter.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is already working on securing the club's future. The French tactician has a solid reputation of signing little-known youngsters and transforming them into superstars, and that is exactly what he has done this time round.

According to football.london, Wenger has signed non-league player Cohen Bramall from Hednesford, who has been training with the club's senior team. The player's agent also confirmed the news to football.london. He said:

"It sounds crass to say this is a dream come true for Cohen but it clearly is,

"We love playing a part in helping a young man, who was working full-time in the Bentley factory until made redundant recently, whilst playing for Hednesford as well, become a professional footballer and now have - if he grabs his opportunity – a fabulous career ahead of him."

The website also quotes Wenger as saying:

“Cohen Bramall has signed for us. He’s an exceptional physical talent.

“I don’t think he’s ready, today, to play in Premier League but he has similarities to a young Ashley Cole.”

Bramall, 20, is said to have been signed for a fee of around £40,000. The young left-back was also a top transfer target for Crystal Palace and Sheffield Wednesday but chose to sign for the gunners. Prior to sealing the transfer, the player (pictured - right) was working full-time in the Bentley car factory in Crew untill it was made redundant.Cohen Bramall in actionHe then started working in a clothes shop. The BBC quotes Nantwich director of football Jon Gold as saying:

"It's fantastic to see players go through like this.

"He was obviously a great talent when he first came to us but the manager at the time was going with older players. That happens. Jamie Vardy was turned down by many clubs, don't forget, including even Crewe.

"Cohen's a lovely lad. I'm not sure he was taking his football that seriously and he went around the area a bit before moving on to Hednesford, but sometimes it can take time.

"He played against us earlier in the season and he was man of the match. We're proud to have played even a little part in his development."
