After Nine Weeks, Top 5 Teams in the Premier League are Separated by 1 Point; Weekend Match Coverage Begins with Sunderland v. Second-Place Arsenal Saturday at 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN & NBC UNIVERSO

NBC presents live coverage of two Premier League matches this weekend, when third-place Liverpool visit Crystal Palace this Saturday, October 29, at 12:30 p.m. ET (also available on NBC UNIVERSO), and fourth-place Chelsea visit Southampton this Sunday, October 30, at Noon ET (also available on TELEMUNDO). After nine weeks of Premier League action, the top five teams are separated by a single point - the tightest it’s ever been through nine games in Premier League history.

Liverpool come off a 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion, thanks to first-half goals by Sadio Mané and Philippe Coutinho. The Reds are tied on points with first-place Manchester City and second-place Arsenal. Crystal Palace look to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to reigning champions Leicester City. NBC Sports Group’s lead Premier League play-by-play commentator Arlo White calls the match, joined by analyst Lee Dixon at Selhurst Park.

Chelsea most recently defeated Manchester United 4-0 in the first match against their former manager Jose Mourinho. The Blues took the lead after 30 seconds with an opening goal by Pedro. Southampton come off a 1-1 draw against league leaders Manchester City. White calls Southampton v. Chelsea joined by Dixon at St. Mary's Stadium.

A live Goal Zone follows Saturday’s match at 2:30 p.m. ET and Sunday’s match at 2 p.m. ET on NBC. Rebecca Lowe hosts Goal Zone and Premier League Live joined by joined by former Jamaican National Team Player Robbie Earle and former Premier League footballer Robbie Mustoe.

This weekend’s live Premier League coverage kicks off Saturday at 7 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Premier League Live, followed by Sunderland v. second-place Arsenal at 7:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. Match coverage continues Saturday at 10 a.m. ET with Manchester United v. Burnley on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO, and Tottenham v. Leicester City on CNBC.

All matches not on NBCSN or CNBC in the Saturday 10 a.m. ET television window will be available on Premier League Extra Time, a bonus television package available to MVPDs at no extra cost for customers who receive NBCSN. In addition, Saturday at 9:30 a.m. ET, the Premier League’s Goal Rush product will be featured on Premier League Extra Time as well as via the NBC Sports app and on NBCSports.com.

Live match coverage on Sunday begins at 8:30 a.m. ET with Premier League Live on NBCSN, followed by Everton v. West Ham at 9:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO. On Monday, October 31, at 4 p.m. ET, NBCSN hosts coverage of Stoke City v. Swansea City. The Swans, who come off a 0-0 draw against Watford, will look for their first win under new manager Bob Bradley. Bradley, a former U.S. Men’s National Team head coach, is the first American to manage a Premier League team, and will be taking charge of his third game as Swansea boss.

THE MEN IN BLAZERS SHOW hosted by Michael Davies and Roger Bennett will air live Monday at 6:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

300TH AIRING OF PREMIER LEAGUE LIVE THIS SUNDAY

NBC Sports Group’s Premier League Live pregame show will celebrate its 300th episode this Sunday.
