Dimitri Payet has celebrated his birthday in style; with a perfect free-kick.

France international Dimitri Payet scored one of his trademark free-kicks against Russia in an international friendly played on Tuesday. The 64th minute free-kick was a master-class of its own, curled with an appalling artistry, and buoyed by unstoppable vigour as it whizzed past the wall. Barely two weeks ago, the West Ham United hitman was on target with a similar free-kick against Man United in the FA Cup at Old Trafford. 

The Premier League wonder kid is fast becoming a darling of the fans not only at Upton Park, but in the entire league, and the international level too. The hosts won the match 4-2 and interestingly, N'Golo Kante, who was celebrating his 25th birthday today, was also on target for Les Bleus. 

Concidentally, Payet also turns 29 today, and what a way to mark this important day of his life!
