The Swedish striker, who has played in The Netherlands, Spain, Italy and France, believes it's highly unlikely he will end up playing in England next summer.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic shared his thoughts about the chance of leaving Paris Saint Germain to join a Premier League side next summer. Although the Swedish striker still feels in good shape to perform at a higher level, the former Barcelona and AC Milan striker believes his time to play in the English top-flight has come and gone.

"I think it's too late for me to play in the English Premier League. I'm happy right now with PSG, and I still have six months left in my contract. I don't know what will happen next, we'll just have to wait and see," "Ibra" stated.

The 34-year-old striker has played for a number of top tier teams such as Inter Milan, AC Milan, Barcelona and Juventus. He has scored 350 goals in his entire career, including 115 with Les Parisiens, which make him the club's all-time top scorer.

The Swedish striker alongside Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG's owner, during the ceremony to celebrate his record-breaking 110th goal with the French champions.

With a number of rumors linking him to English, American and even Mexican football, the tall striker is still making up his mind about where he will continue playing once his contract with PSG expires, hinting that retirement hasn't crossed his mind just yet.

"I'm enjoying myself on the pitch every day. I want to keep playing with a top-level team, as long as I'm able to do so. There are a lot of teams that have asked about my situation, but I will decide later this year," he added.

Known to be a true leader both on and off the pitch, the Swedish striker is ecstatic to play with his National Team in next year's European championship. Considering his age, Zlatan feels it could be his farewell tournament with the yellow-and-blue side.

"I can't wait for it to start, it will be magical for everyone who is involved. I will try to enjoy myself, since it will probably be my last time with the Swedish team," the player concluded.
