Juve wants to rise higher on the Serie A table after a disappointing start but they first need to go past Eusebio Di Francesco’s men, who are unbeaten in seven home league matches. Their last home defeat was 3-0 against Roma back in April.

Sassuolo boasts of having on-form striker Domenico Berardi, who also played for Juventus. Juve will miss the services of Roberto Pereyra and Kwadwo Asamoah who have been sidelined due to injury concerns. However, Juve have not lost their last four Serie A games against Sassuolo although the home team boasts of an unbeaten record in their last six home games. Juve, who sit at the 12th position on the log, could replace their midweek opponents at the 6th position with a win only if Torino and Milan lose their respective matches.
