José Mourinho wants to make a statement after Saturday's draw against Swansea City. The Portuguese boss decided to limit Eva Carneiro's duties, banning her from being on the team's bench during matchdays for an undetermined period of time. Carneiro has worked for Chelsea during the past four years, but she was harshly criticized by The Special One last Saturday.
"I was unhappy with my medical staff. They were impulsive and naive. Whether you are a kit man, doctor or secretary on the bench you have to understand the game. You have to know you have one player less and to assist a player you must be sure he has a serious problem. I was sure Eden did not have a serious problem," Mourinho said in the press conference following the game.
Carneiro's swift entry to the pitch without Mou's authorization infuriated the coach.

Following Mourinho's words about her job, Carneiro used her Faceboook page to thank all those who supported her actions.
I would like to thank the general public for their overwhelming support. Really very much appreciated.

Today, the team revealed that Carneiro's duties will only involve her presence in the club's training grounds, dismissing her presence in any forthcoming games. The Gibraltar-born doctor has not issued any statement, but her fans have taken their social media accounts to voice their support.
To clarify: Eva Carneiro lost her job because she did her job by reacting to a player she thought was genuinely injured. Shambles.
