The Swedish striker would put the past behind him if Louis Van Gaal wanted to work with him again. The pair have had a complicated relationship since 'Ibra' left Ajax years ago.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still thinking about a possible departure from PSG, and even if he had to make some sacrifices, he would be open to join Manchester United. The Swedish star revealed he would like to play for the Red Devils despite Louis Van Gaal's presence with the team, which may be shocking for his fans due to the complicated relationship he's had with the Dutch boss throughout his career.

When Zlatan played with Ajax, the pair had a falling out after Van Gaal criticized Ibra's commitment to the team and his lack of respect for then captain Rafael Van der Vaart. Years later, the Swede called LVG "a pompous a***ole" in his autobiography "I am Zlatan". But today, things took another turn, and Zlatan could reconsider his relationship with the Dutchman.

"Our relationship? No, that’s not good. He was a director in Ajax, and the way he is working is not the way I work. At the end, I think he is professional and I am professional. Whoever I work with, I never had this kind of problems, because at the end I need to do my job, he needs to do his job. And I think a lot of fights would happen, but that’s something I like," Zlatan said.

Earlier this summer, Van Gaal had some problems with goalkeeper Victor Valdés, who he left out of the squad currently on tour in the U.S., and he also had a falling out with former striker Robin Van Persie, who recently signed with Fenerbahce and accused Van Gaal of their complicated relationship.

While he enters the final year of his contract with PSG, Ibrahimovic has been linked to a move away from the French capital, with clubs such like AC Milan, Chelsea and now Manchester United as his possible destinations. In the meantime, "Ibra" will be playing with Les Parisiens against Chelsea, while Van Gaal's Man United faces Barcelona this Saturday in the International Champions Cup portion being held in the United States.
