Following months of rumors surrounding his future, the Chilean midfielder would be set to join the Gunners once Copa América is over.

Arturo Vidal's career may continue in one of the most competitive football leagues in the world. Following a 2014-2015 season that ended up with Juventus as Serie A Champions and as the UEFA Champions League runner up, the Chilean midfielder could be involved in an interesting transfer to English club Arsenal, where he will pair up with his compatriot Alexis Sánchez.

Sources indicate coach Arsene Wenger is willing to overlook Vidal's problems away from the pitch in order to sign the player away from Juventus, since his skills come in handy to a side that only has Francis Coquelin as a holding midfielder.

In fact, Vidal's departure from La Vecchia Signora would benefit the the Italian champions, since coach Massimiliano Allegri doesn't want to sell French midfielder Paul Pogba. With the almost certain departure of Andrea Pirlo, and the possibility of Vidal leaving the team, not only Juve would be handed a good amount of cash, but they would also have the money needed to convince Pogba of staying with the Bianconeri.

Although Wenger and the team's owners are still playing with the possibility of bidding for Vidal, the player had stated that he would not enter in any negotiation about his future while at Copa América, where he is trying to lead the Chileans to their first-ever championship.
