The curious fact happened after Argentina played its final game of Group B against Jamaica, which La Albiceleste unconvincingly won 1-0.

Argentina's unbeaten run in Group C had something curious to talk about when the game ended. Jamaican Deshorn Brown did not leave his fandom in the team's locker room and decided to ask Lionel Messi for a 'selfie'. The Argentinian player, who looked rather surprised by it, agreed to it and struck a pose with his colleague.

Regarding what happened on the pitch, Argentina's playing style seems to be a little off. Most experts predicted a blowout against Jamaica, and it could have ended that way if Messi & Co. were accurate when it came to taking the shots. After Gonzalo Higuaín's goal on the 11th minute, Argentina seemed to carry the weight of the game without putting any effort into it. In fact, Di Maria and Messi enjoyed two massive chances to broaden the gap between the two teams, but their efforts were denied by the crossbar and the substitute goalkeeper, Dwayne Miller.

With this victory, Argentina finished at the top of Group B with seven points, while Jamaica goes back home empty handed, but having shown their progress in one of the continent's most relevant competitions.
