Sweden and the Netherlands suffered no upsets on match-day one of their respective Euro 2012 qualifying campaigns. Now as they prepare to take on the Swedes, San Marino want to stun Europe.

Euro 2012 Qualifying: Sweden players celebrate against HungarySweden and San Marino have met twice over the past. The 6-0 and 5-0 score lines in favor of Tuesday’s hosts are there to prove that San Marino will make a giant killing should they defeat Sweden this time out. Besides this historical fact, San Marino have just lost 5-0 to the Netherlands. It arguably looks as if they will stumble to yet another heavy defeat away to Sweden.

Who knows? Ibrahimovic may get his name on the score sheet as well or maybe Pontus Wernbloom – who scored a brace against Hungary last Friday – may continue his goal scoring form.

It has been reported that shot stopper Andreas Isaksson won’t face San Marino as he’s yet to recover from a groin injury. Albin Ekdal and Johan Elmander are in Sweden’s roster whereas Anders Svensson’s inclusion on the field is yet to be confirmed.

Currently, Sweden are second in Group E with 3 points and a (+2) goal difference. San Marino, meanwhile, are sixth in the six-team table. Any shock on Tuesday night?
