The Welshman missed a clear opportunity in the second half. Jesse was also attacked by fans.

Gareth Bale is back to facing criticism from fans after his performance against Barcelona in El Clasico. After the game Los Blancos returned to Madrid, some angry fans attacked Welshman’s car outside the parking lot.

A video shows two fans shouting some not nice things to the 25-year old player who had an irregular performance against Barcelona. In the first half, he scored a goal, which was disallowed due to an offside call. Then he barely participated in the second half and sent a shot wide open.

He was not the only one attacked by fans on Monday morning. Shortly after, the same fans had a similar attitude towards Jesse as he was leaving the team's training grounds.

It was Sergio Ramos who stood up for his teammates after seeing what fans did to Jesse. Shortly after the game, the defender stated that his team had left it all on the field, they were just unlucky to come out short of a positive result.

“What’s the matter? Do you think that’s the right attitude?” Ramos said to those fans who attacked Jesse's car.

Real Madrid fans are witnessing how the team is falling apart. On February 22 they were four points ahead in La Liga standings. Exactly one month later, they are four points behind Barcelona, the new leader that is not slowing down.
