The Argentinian coach required his fans to boost the team's confidence when they face Bayer Leverkusen tomorrow, during the second leg of their UCL matchup against the Germans.

Diego Simeone wants his fans to make Vicente Calderon Stadium "a living hell" for his German visitors Bayer Leverkusen. Earlier today, in his pre-match press conference, El Cholo requested his fans not to cease their support at any time during the game tomorrow, since he believes the stadium's surroundings will end up shifting the game's outcome one way or the other.

"I want a noisy stadium, I don't want our fans to make them feel comfortable at any time. I hope and I wish there's not a moment of silence in the stands tomorrow, and I want our fans to bring in the noise that has motivated us before to achieve great things," Simeone said.

Despite not having Diego Godin and Tiago available for this match, Simeone believes his side is completely capable of overcoming the one-goal deficit against Leverkusen. With that in mind, El Cholo referred to his strikers' form, which haven't been able to score for the past three games, including the first leg of this Round of 16 matchup.

"We were not accurate against Valencia, and last Saturday we all saw Espanyol's goalkeeper becoming the man of the match. There are moments in life where things don't go exactly as planned, and you have to keep insisting, but you also need a plan. We have to be able to avoid being pressured in the back, so we can take advantage of any space they leave," Simeoned added.

Atletico needs to win by two goals in order to make it to the quarterfinals. If Bayer Leverkusen scores, Los Colchoneros will need to score three times to stand a chance of making it to the final eight teams of the European tournament.
