The Argentinian wingman, who established a close friendship with Ronaldo while playing for Los Blancos, thinks Ronaldo will stay at Real Madrid for a long time.

Former Real Madrid wingman Angel Di Maria killed the fans' hopes for Cristiano Ronaldo's comeback to the Red Devils in a short-term basis. The current Man United Number 7 deemed the possibility as "unlikely", since things are going so well for the Portuguese superstar playing for Los Blancos.

"I don't think he's coming back here. It is difficult to leave Real Madrid, he is having a great time over there and I don't get the feeling that he wants a change. There's no real reason for it, but anything can happen," Di Maria stated.

Di Maria, one of this season's most controversial transfers, created a solid friendship with the Portuguese player, and went on talking about how Ronaldo convinced him of playing for Louis Van Gaal's team.

"He had nothing to say but good things about what I would find here. He told me I would be really happy here and that it was a once in a lifetime opportunity I should take," Di Maria added.
