La Liga giants Real Madrid were paid a surprised visit by a famous American athlete during the Spanish club's US tour.
New York Knicks basketball player Carmelo Anthony passed by Los Blancos, who were training at UCLA, meeting up with some of the Champions League winners' star players.
The NBA ace, a small forward, who won gold medal with the USA basketball team at the London Olympics, gave a shot at playing the beautiful game, alongside his son Kiyan, whilst chatting up with the likes of Spanish and Welsh stars Xabi Alonso and Gareth Bale.

The 30-year-old Knicks man missed out on catching up with undoubtedly the Madrid side's biggest name, Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo, as the two-time Ballon d'Or winner was given time off by Carlo Ancelotti to relax after guiding his country at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The former Manchester United man suffered through injuries towards the end of the 2013-14 season, and was not named in Real Madrid's 20-man preseason tour squad, though it is believed he might rejoin the team for the clash against AS Roma on July 29, and Manchester United on August 2.
This must have come as a disappointment to Carmelo Anthony, who, when discussing his favorite football player, admitted: "Cristiano Ronaldo, of course...”
Carmelo Anthony later admitted to CR7 being his favorite football player
However, he was unable to meet the Portuguese ace as the 2013 Ballon d'Or winner has not yet joind up wth Real Madrid
Los Blancos' current preseason tour in the home of Major League Soccer comes before the Carlo Ancelotti's side kick off the upcoming 2014-15 Liga BBVA season, where they will take on Cordoba at the Bernabeu on August 24.
