The Uruguayan striker has made no secret about being open to playing his football outside France, with several Premier League clubs reportedly keen on his services.

Although he just arrived at PSG, Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani has not ruled out leaving the Ligue 1 champions this summer.

The former Napoli man made the move from Serie A last summer, but has been reportedly unhappy with the role he has been playing in while in France as Laurent Blanc has largely shifted him on the wing to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Yet, he still managed to net over 20 goals in all competitions for his new side and as a result has garnered the attention of some of Europe's biggest clubs.

And now, according to reports, Cavani has taken another step to force through a move away from Les Parisiens by not showing up to work.

The Mirror claims that the 27-year-old was supposed to come back to training with his club following his extended holiday after the World Cup, but has failed to make an appearance, leading them to speculate that it's all due to Manchester United's rumored interest.

"Premier League or the Bundesliga? I love both," he recently mused to Le10Sport.

Interestingly, he did not put Ligue 1 in the same league as some Serie A, La Liga, and the aforementioned Premier League and Bundesliga, while also claiming that he is not a "nomadic" player unlike others who like to mix things up a bit.

"I'm not the type to change leagues constantly. Germany, Spain, Italy and England are the best leagues. But Ligue 1 is also progressing."

With over a month remaining, it remains to be seen whether he'll be still lining up with Ibra or joining up with some new colleagues at the start of the upcoming season.
