The Spanish giants have pursued Mbappé's signing for the past three years, but with his contract set to expire, it could be a matter of time for him to finally join them.

Every summer, the tale of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid has been the talk of most transfer specialists, but this time, the topic was brought up by none other than Javier Tebas, La Liga's main man.

Speaking in a promotional event, Tebas spoke of Real Madrid's chances of finally adding the Frenchman to their roster, providing optimistic odds for the deal to take place.

"I can't say I am fully convinced. But I am sure it is a suitable destination for his career, surely. I believe that he could be here, maybe 70% or 80% sure," Tebas stated.

The chairman's words seem to echo Florentino Pérez, who refused to try to make a move for the footballer, since he will run out of a contract with PSG next summer.

Added to that, sources close to Pérez have hinted that the club will not make a move to sign Mbappé after last year's fiasco, when Los Merengues had agreed all fees with the player and his entourage only to see him signing a new deal with PSG instead.

It seems strange to see Tebas speaking of the transfer activity some of the teams in the league have, but maybe he has some inside information that pushed him to share those odds, that will surely be accepted by Real Madrid fans.
