Stoke City's style of playing football might have been criticised on numerous occassions but Tony Pulis has other ideas on his mind.

How many times have we heard Stoke City being criticized for their 'ugly' football? But yet they have been there among the mid-table teams for the past few seasons. And I can bravely say that all the credit goes duly to Tony Pulis.
The level of success that he has brought to Stoke City since they were promoted has been magnificent. And we are speaking about establishing a lower-ranked club in the Premier League- something that so many managers have failed to achieve.
Nevertheless, today marks a historic day in Stoke's encyclopedia of success as they head to Wembley to face Manchester City in the FA Cup final- the pinnacle of Pulis' time with Stoke, since taking over in 2006.

The big fish from the Premier League now swim among the surviving minnows as the 4th Round of the FA Cup gets underway this weekend. Here we preview a match up of two of those big fish. New Premier League leaders Arsenal visit 11th place Stoke City on Sunday. The Gunners are in fine form; the Potters are struggling. One fish will gobble up the other and in an FA Cup tie anything can happen.
Stoke come into the FA Cup 4th Round having beaten York City by a comfortable 3-1 margin in the 3rd Round. Despite the vast difference in quality between the two clubs’ respective leagues, the match at first seemed in doubt.
