Preview: Arsenal out to ruin Mourinho's home record on Arsene Wenger's special day
Arsenal and Chelsea will lock horns at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, in a match that has serious title implications.
The Gunners are four points back of Jose Mourinho’s squad, but they also have a game in hand. Claiming all three points would really ignite the title race, but it would also give Arsenal a big lift on an important day.
Arsene Wenger will manage his 1,000th match as Arsenal manager at Stamford Bridge. That should be more than enough of a reason for his players to leave everything on the pitch. But if they need more motivation, Mourinho has yet to lose a match against Arsene Wenger. Speaking of losing, Mourinho has also not lost at home as Chelsea manager.
Preview: Finishing off the year on a positive note at St. James Park
The outcome of Sunday's match could have an affect on the Premier League title, but both sides will want to finish the year on a high. When they both meet, goals tend to be the main storyline, and that could very well be the case on Sunday.
From their last two meetings at St. James Park, there has only been one goal scored. Laurent Koscielny scored the only goal in last year's match, while the prior season they played to a scoreless draw.
Preview: Hammers looking to continue Arsenal's winless streak
The last time Arsenal won a match in any competition, was a 2-0 victory over Hull City at the Emirates on the 4th of December. Since then, the Gunners have drawn two league matches and lost one, while also losing against Napoli in their final group match of the Champions League.
During their winless streak, Arsene Wenger's defense has conceded nine goals in four matches, with six of them coming against Manchester City at the Etihad.
Year after year, Arsene Wenger states his desire to end Arsenal's trophy drought, but at the end the season, the Gunners continue to come up short.
This time around, the French manager went out and made a big purchase by signing Mesut Özil…
Preview: Gunners can go seven points clear with a victory on Sunday
Whether you believe it or not, at the moment, Arsenal may be starting to change some doubters into believers. With a four point gap at the top of the table, the North London side will have a chance to jump out to a seven point lead, if they are to overcome a very confident and strong Everton side.
After losing their match at Old Trafford, Arsene Wenger's side has rebounded well, having won their last three Premier League matches.

Major League Soccer Match Day 33 - Soccer TV listings printable guide
There is so much to look forward to on the penultimate day of the Major League Soccer season. It will all begin with struggling Toronto FC aiming to avoid a 21st defeat of campaign when they host Montreal. Occupying the very bottom of the Eastern Conference table means Toronto can only fight to appease their angry fans.
Third-placed DC United and sixth-placed Colombus Crew are set to create a cracking atmosphere. Both will clash at the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium with different ambitions as seven points separate them from each other. Three more games will take place simultaneously. Chivas USA and Colorado Rapids will close Saturday’s drama.
One may argue that the best of the action will happen on Sunday night. With 64 points, San Jose Earthquakes are within touching distance of securing the Supporters Shield. A positive result against fellow Californian contenders Los Angeles Galaxy would do the trick for the hosts on Sunday.
That same night, Vancouver Whitecaps could seal victory in their race for 2012 MLS Cup Play-in Round tickets. In Sunday’s last match, Seattle Sounders will host FC Dallas. The latter will try to shake off the disappointment of sharing three precious points away to Chivas USA on Matchday 32.
