Barcelona defeated Real Sociedad in the first leg, but things will not be as easy on Wednesday night. Watch live on beIN Sports USA as the hosts try to overcome the odds, and book a place in the Copa del Rey Final.

Preview: Barcelona are 90 minutes away from meeting Real Madrid in the final

A 2-0 victory over Sociedad in the first match was far better than Barcelona's performance. The Catalans were not at their best, and it was very clear in the second half.

Martinez was sent off in the 44th minute, and Barcelona played the entire second half with a man advantage. In normal circumstances, the Blaugrana would have put the game beyond any doubt, but a strange own goal was all they had to show for that second half.

Sociedad will now welcome the La Liga leaders to Anoeta, where they have been impressive as of late.

They have only lost at home on three occasions in the current campaign, and two of those losses came in the Champions League Group Stage. Atletico Madrid was the first and only La Liga side to come away with three points at Anoeta, with Shakhtar Donetsk and Bayer Leverkusen being the other two.

From their last seven home matches in all competitions, Sociedad have won five and drawn two. During that stretch, they have also only conceded two goals. Their last three meetings at home against Barcelona have also not been all that bad, as they have won twice and they drew once.

Barcelona's coach knows that despite their two goal lead, their place in the final is far from guaranteed.

"Each time there is less margin for error," Tata Martino told reporters. "We are at a crucial stage of the season and it's clear that each time there will be fewer chances to make changes in the team, although we will try to give opportunities to players that are in good condition."

After a stretch of inconsistency, Barcelona have bounced back well. They are coming off a 4-1 victory against Sevilla, in a match where the Catalans were trailing, but goals from Alexis Sanchez, Pedro and Messi helped Barcelona reclaim the top spot in La Liga.

Tata Martino may not be able to rotate as much as he would have liked to, seeing as their two goal advantage does not offer them much assurance.

The hosts know what they are up against, but they are fully prepared to do what it takes to knock off the current Spanish champions.

"We know we face a huge task against Barcelona," Sociedad defender Jon Ansotegi said. "But for many of us this could be our only opportunity to play in a final. It's clear that we need to go all out and we are mentally prepared."

Sociedad has lost both meetings with Barcelona this season, and they have been outscored six to one. Adrenaline and self motivation will be a key factor for the Sociedad players in this match if they are to pull off a surprise.
