Without Neymar, Barcelona will turn to other options to lead their attack on Sunday afternoon. Watch all the action on beIN Sport, as Barcelona looks to stay top of La Liga.

Preview: Even without Neymar, the Catalans are very dangerous

When Neymar had to be subbed off mid-week, Barcelona fans feared the worst. Seeing how his ankle got caught in the grass, and turned awkwardly, it was difficult not to think of a long absence. Fortunately for the Brazilian, the injury appears to be tendon related, but he will only miss three to four weeks.

Barcelona will take the pitch without him on Sunday, but they have Messi back. The Argentine missed a significant amount of time with injuries, but since his return, he has not stopped scoring. Taking on a Levante side that does not concede much at home will be a good test for the Blaugrana.

While Les Granotes have only conceded nine goals in nine matches at home, they have also only scored nine on their home turf.

Making that stat even more worrying is the fact that they will be without David Barral and Baba Diawarra. Both are two of the club's top three scorers, having combined for seven goals in the current campaign.

Without two solid options in their offense, the home side will be even more limited to occupying the midfield, hoping to disrupt Barcelona's game plan more than anything.

Sunday's match will also give both these sides a chance to get familiar with each other, as they go head-to-head in the Copa del Rey as well. But Levante will have to do most of the figuring out, as Barcelona are coming into this match on a 10 game unbeaten run.

Tata Martino's men have been finding ways to win matches, and even their backline has started to figure things out. The Catalans have not conceded a goal in their last four fixtures, which makes things even more difficult for Levante.

On the other end of the pitch, trying to deal with Messi who is looking to make up for lost time could be difficult. The Argentine netted two more goals against Getafe, but even the likes of Fabregas or even Alexis Sanchez could be problematic for the hosts.

Anything other than a victory for Barcelona would be a clear let down, but Levante will be up for the fight. Given the amount of offensive firepower that the visitors have at their disposal, it could be a long 90 minutes for the hosts.
