The Rossoneri will be looking for a victory over Torino that would move them a step closer towards a top-three finish.

AC Milan will be desperate to claim a much-needed victory over lowly Torino at the San Siro in order to remain in contention for Italy's third and final direct Champions League spot.

The Rossoneri lie in third place of the Serie A, with 62 points, just one position and one point ahead of Fiorentina, with 61 points. Fiorentina's home defeat to Roma on Saturday means that if Milan manage to beat Torino on Sunday they would move four points ahead of Fiorentina.

Milan, who came from behind to defeat Torino 4-2 in the reverse fixture in December, will surely rate their chances of winning the game, especially because they have few injury concerns.

The only two players who will miss the game are Riccardo Montolivo, who will be out for two weeks after picking up a hamstring injury in training, and Bojan Krkic, who sustained a thigh injury.

But the good news for Massimiliano Allegri's side is that Christian Abbiati is back to full fitness, and could replace Marco Amelia in goal.

Once again, star striker Mario Balotelli will lead the attack alongside Kevin-Prince Boateng and Stephan El Shaarawy. Despite scoring twice against Catania last week, Giampaolo Pazzini will have to settle for a place on the substitute's bench.

Meanwhile, opponents Torino have few injury concerns, however, coach Giampiero Ventura could possibly rest his regular starters for his side's crucial relegation battle with Genoa, just three days after their visit to the San Siro.

With strikers Rolando Bianchi and Riccardo Meggiorini expected to be rested, Paulo Barreto is likely to take the field as Torino's lone striker.

Polish defender Kamil Glik will complete his suspension after being ejected in the Turin derby last weekend. His vacancy is expected to be filled by Valerio Di Cesare.
