Benitez would most probably be shown the door should Chelsea falter against Wigan on Saturday in the Barclays Premier League
It has been a tough season for Chelsea. The club lacks stability and the hire and fire policy of Roman Abramovich is clearly backfiring.

The latest loss against Newcastle United has made matters worse. Would sacking Rafael Benitez bring the club back on track? This is something for you to ponder upon.

In the meantime, here are three managers who could replace Benitez and get the current Chelsea campaign back on track.

1. David Moyes: The work done by David Moyes at Everton has been laudable, Everton have been really consistent in the Premier League and they even qualified for the Champions League under the guidance of Moyes. He has been operating on a shoestring at Everton.

He would surely have much more money to spend should he take over the reins from Benitez. Moyes deserves a bigger chance because he has proven himself at Everton.

2. Diego Simeone: The current Atletico Madrid manager was a cracking player in his playing days and he is now proving to be an even better manager. Atletico Madrid won the UEFA Europa League under the guidance of Simeone and they also went on to win the UEFA Super Cup by comprehensively beating Chelsea, Falcao scored a hat-trick that night. Simeone has what it takes to be successful at Chelsea.

3. Jurgen Klopp: Klopp has been instrumental in the recent success of Borussia Dortmund. He is sagacious. He has a brilliant scouting network and above all he knows how to get the best out of his players. Klopp needs a bigger challenge in his career and the Barclays Premier League eagerly awaits his arrival.

Benitez will certainly be gone should Chelsea falter against Wigan on Saturday, his time at the Bridge looks certain to come to a premature end.
