Sunderland vs Manchester United on FX & FOX Deportes

The Red Devils will be playing away to the Black Cats hoping to clinch victory as they remain in contention to win the 2011/12 English Premier League title. Manchester United’s fate is in the hands of Manchester City, though. Alex Ferguson’s team lost an 8-point lead back in April. The Red Devils go into Matchday 38 level on points with Man City.

Chelsea vs Blackburn Rovers on Speed

There is no way Chelsea can finish above the sixth position in the Barclays Premier League table. However, the Blues will be looking to honour their fans on Sunday when they host Blackburn Rovers. Earlier this week, Chelsea went down 4-1 at Liverpool and thus killed their hopes of a top-four finish.

The 2011/12 UEFA Champions League finalists could use the Blackburn Rovers fixture as a way to revive their momentum ahead of the big European clash against Bayern Munich on May 19. Blackburn, besides, will not compete in the Premiership next year. They got relegated on Matchday 37 following their 1-0 defeat to Wigan Athletic.

Swansea City vs Liverpool on Fuel TV

Liverpool will end their rough English Premier League campaign away to Swansea City. The 2012 Carling Cup winners and 2012 FA Cup runners-up are fresh from their stunning demolition of Chelsea at Anfield. Liverpool are eying victory to increase their supporters’ faith ahead of next season.

The Reds are eighth in the table with 52 points like Fulham but they are a point behind bitter local rivals Everton. This fact could stand as another reason for Liverpool to claim maximum points at Swansea City. The Merseyside Reds will finish the campaign above the Toffees if the latter drop points at home to fourth-place hunters Newcastle United on the final round of matches.
