England will host the Netherlands on Wednesday at Wembley as coaches and players in England are waiting for the Premiership to begin.
On Sunday, Fabio Capello shared his thoughts ahead of this week’s friendly match. The Italian boss singled out the fitness issue as something that could decided the outcome of the encounter. He told the press:

“The Dutch players are fit because they are coming from the Bundesliga, and the Bundesliga started this Sunday, so they will be better than the English players. This is the reason I don’t know what will happen.

“Certainly, they are one of the best teams in the world, they played against Spain, and they got a chance to win the World Cup.

“Robben was one-on-one with Casillas, and Casillas saved the game. After that, they lost 1-0 after extra time.

“The game was really really balanced. They play really well because they play always in the same style, like Spain. But, every style is good if the players are good. And I think at the moment they are a really good team.”

England will also have to deal with injury worries as Jack Wilshere and Darren Bent have been ruled out of the match.
