Nottingham Forest can clinch a playoff spot with a win or draw at Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Sixth placed Forest are three points ahead of Leeds United, while Palace secured their safety by going unbeaten in their last three games.

All the other major issues in the division have been settled ahead of the final day. Queens Park Rangers have been crowned league champions and will face Leeds United who still have a slim hope of playoff qualification if Forest lose.

Norwich City have sealed promotion ahead of their home game against Coventry City, and Cardiff City will travel to face Burnley having already sealed a playoff place.

Swansea City and Reading are also playoff bound and will play host to relegated Sheffield United and Derby County repectively.

Scunthorpe United and Preston North End have also been relegated, but will look to end on a high note when they face Portsmouth and Watford respectively.
