Queens Park Rangers can clinch promotion to the Premier League with a win at in-form Cardiff City on Saturday.
League leaders QPR currently hold a six point lead at the top of the table, while Cardiff City can move up to second place with victory over the Hoops. Cardiff will enter this game looking for their fifth straight win.

Fifth placed Swansea City will be looking to continue their promotion push when they travel to face Portsmouth at Fratton Park.

Hull and Burnley will hope to keep pressure on the playoff spots above them with wins over Middlesbrough and Derby County.

At the other end of the table, rock bottom Sheffield united will be looking to avoid their fifth straight defeat when they host Bristol City, while Preston North End continue their fight against the drop at Millwall.
 

Scunthorpe United will continue their battle against relegation when they travel to face Coventry City on Friday.





Scunthorpe are currently in the relegation zone three points adrift of safety, while Coventry are 12 points ahead of the drop zone and will be looking for their third straight win.





Gary McSheffrey is doubtful with a knee sprain for Coventry, while Lee Carsley and Richard Wood are ruled out. Ben Turner and James McPake are sidelined with injury for the Sky Blues.
